Is Serena Williams on a roll and will she be able to top this off with the Title ? Radwanska will be her opponent. Williams has made a turnaround and has shown that she still has the play to win in her blood.
Every Tennis lover will be watching to see the outcome. Who do think will win and why?

Serena has won 35 Million in prize money. I do not feel that money fuels Serena, it is her strong competitive nature and learned skills that keep her on top of the game. 
Radwanska won over Kerber, making her way to play in the finals against Serena Williams.Will she be able to grab the title? No one knows today. Will she be able to beat the powerhouse, Serena Williams? Serena will win if she holds back on her power shots and stays focused and calm.

Gang Banger's Train Ride

Get on board to where? You tell me. Upon hearing all the bad news as to what is happening with these gangs  is quite discerning and sad. There used to be a time when a parent controlled what their child's behavior. Age did not matter, as long as you lived in your parents house you followed the rules inside and out.
What has gone wrong? Most of these Gang Bangers are still living at home.Where are these parents and what are they thinking?
Even if these GB's have only one parent there is no excuse whatsoever for this behavior to be accepted.
Usually when a parent could not control a child's behavior, they asked for help from the proper authorities. It seems to me that this may be a situation
where the parent is turning their head the other way or they are afraid of their own children.


One way to help correct the problem is to start holding the parents accountable for the havoc their children are causing.Second choice is to reach out and ask these
gang members what has led them to this path and offer a positive alternative to help them get back on the
right track.


This behavior is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated
as a norm. If it continues it will only get worse for everyone. Parents get your children back on the right
track or seek help!

Happy Father's Day--Heart to Heart

Hi Dad, it's me....

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate and love you. There were times when you didn't understand me or my actions ,nor did I understand myself. As I get older and wiser I think that everything will be alright. I haven't forgotten a word you said.

Just letting me be me will be easier on both of us. I know you want me to be a certain way, but we all have to travel a path in life until we realize which is the right one. When we make a mistake then we know we are on the wrong path and a change has to come. I know you don't want me to make any mistakes.

It may seem as though I am not following the right path but each of us have to find out what is right for us and what is the wrong path or a better path. Sure, you might say "I told you, you should do this or that" which was true, even so one must make a mistake in order to come to the conclusion of changing things.

I do love you and respect you and I know eventually we will meet at the crossroads of understanding.

Children and Summer Safety Tips

The heat is here and in most places. Temperatures in the 90s.Most schools are out for summer break, which means more play time for the young ones. Parent's daily routine have to be adjusted once again. Work or babysitter schedules changed to meet the needs of the young ones. In all this hustle bustle, parents, guardians and babysitters slow down and recap. Make sure you know where the young ones are at all times. With all this gotta do stuff we get turned around thinking well I thought you picked them up or didn't you get them out of the car?

Don't even go there. There is no excuse for getting all caught up into the frenzy of the day and forget where the little is. NO EXCUSES ACCEPTED!
Double check to see that the little ones are safe and attended at all times. Leaving a child in a hot car or any vehicle is dangerous, especially in this heat.

Little children love to be outside, so they will  exit through an unlocked door especially if you appear to be busy. Keep an eye on them  at all times. Swimming pools are great for keeping them cool along with the bathtub, but have you ever seen your child turn over on their tummy thinking they can swim? Pay attention for they think they can do everything.

Summer weather is to be enjoyed by all. Keep these tips in mind for summer and all times.

Lost our Way

Today there is so much heartache and grief being caused by those that have lost their way. It is very difficult to understand why someone would lose their way. What is causing this malfunction and can we get it under control or is the behavior going to be accepted as another "norm"?

Our children are vanishing. Our mothers are vanishing. Our fathers are vanishing.
Only to be found too late. It is apparent that we are not paying attention to our surroundings, our friends or our relatives. Are we too busy to see that this issue is escalating?

With the economic structure not looking so good, stress levels are over the top. Patience has gone out the back door along with respect for a human life. I do know that prayer concurs all. We still need to pay closer attention to others behavior which might mean that they are having a problem coping with life.

In these times we cannot afford to not get involved, because our children and families are suffering from no one saying anything about abnormal behavior. You need to pay attention to the company you keep as head of your household. Children will most likely go away with someone that they think you are very friendly with and they are always in your home, this applies to friends,relatives or anyone.

After the fact, is too late! Listening to families that have had a tragic occurrence,there always seems to be some indication that something was going wrong. People are not  coping as well as we think. For someone to think they can hijack a person or even attempt a home  invasion is abnormal.What is driving people to these extremes?

We have predators in our mist, preying on our families and our children, who just disappear in the night, never to be seen again.

Dance Bullies

Are our young girls learning to tolerate being bullied in dance class?

After viewing a certain dance class instructor's tactics and conduct while instructing these very young ladies, I would think so.Mothers am I missing something?


dThe dance girls are being bullied and statements are made to them that are not in a professional manner, especially when there is some drama between the instructor and the Mother.


I don't know who pays anyone to bully them or their child.What concept does the mother indulge in to make this behavior acceptable?


Being pushy, loud and sometimes disrespectful is unacceptable behavior and not what you would want a young child to be exposed to.Most of us were taught that you should treat others as you wish to be treated.


As these young people grow up into young adults, will they carry this behavior with them and feel that it is okay to endure such behavior? They might just think since their mother introduced them to this behavior that it must be okay.It is not okay under any circumstances.

TIME


No, I am not talking about daylight savings time. I am exploring life time and how
 much of this life each of us have remaining and what we do with this time. To my
 astonishment and disbelief my life time was compromised and challenged. I was
diagnosed with cancer.

All of this time that I thought I had, went right out the window in a split second.
Now I was thrown into a state of  fear, confusion and sadness. Yes, I heard what
 the doctor said, but was he really talking to me? acceptance was the next to follow
 along with total bewilderment  as to what would be the next step in
treating my illness.

There was no time to daydream, procrastinate or keep promises made. I had to
 depend on others to help me continue my life time. So far I am able to continue
 my life time ,with the help of my Surgeon, Oncology  Doctor, Nurses and Radiology
 Specialists and all involved.  I also continued to say my prayers.

Family and friends gave me the support and love that I so needed which played a major
 roll in my  recovery.

Young Adults--Re-direct education

Internet savvy young adults, it is time to re-direct your interest to Global and world wide events and a education that enables you and your families to survive in this changing environmental era. Everyone has had a break by immersing themselves into computer technology and the likes, showing how intelligent you are, which you all have demonstrated your ability to figure out most things.

Now is the time to get back on track to the business at hand, and that is having a safe environment to live in. Finding out about our nuclear situation and what ever else you need to help our world be a safer place, a fair and just place for all. Go back to school and re-educate yourselves with the issues that are causing turmoil all over the world.

Invest in your life by securing a education which will insure you and all to be able to survive in our changing world, which seems to be experiencing many adverse findings in a lot of our in-place technologies and systems. The earth is changing along with the atmosphere . We need to know what should be utilized and what could become a threat to us.

My point is, you have mastered the computer technologies, now it it time to master the technology of
what makes the world go round safely. It time to really pay attention to your earthly surroundings.

Cairo, Egypt

Where there is a will there is a way, as the old saying goes. The people of Cairo have demonstrated that a large and organized group can change their destiny. With the hope and belief of together we stand , divided we fall has paid off for the first segment of this struggle, for all to to be treated fairly and just.

With the use of the Internets, face book and Mobil, they have been able to expose those that were unjust.The savvy of their young people fueled by education and fearlessness proved to be rewarding. The exposure on world wide news and Internet lessened the retaliation of punishment by the unjust.What is the next step for them to truly accomplish and complete what they started out to do? Gain freedom and justice for all.

The demonstrations are over, the square is cleaned up, and now back to the business at hand. What is best,
waiting for someone to choose their leader or making that decision on their on? They know better as to who is left in the regime and if they can be trusted. So it is time to get back to their dwellings and communicating with each other and making some suggestions as to whom they would choose to lead them.

I commend them for their togetherness and the non violence demonstrated during this trying time. It is not wise to rely on their military forces if they are already demonstrating for a  an increase in  salaries. How long will the armed forces be passive and fair? It is time for the people of Cairo to get back to the drawing board. The first battle has been won. Get prepared so there won't be another. May you all be safe on your journey to Freedom
