Are our young girls learning to tolerate being bullied in dance class?
After viewing a certain dance class instructor's tactics and conduct while instructing these very young ladies, I would think so.Mothers am I missing something?d
The dance girls are being bullied and statements are made to them that are not in a professional manner, especially when there is some drama between the instructor and the Mother.I don't know who pays anyone to bully them or their child.What concept does the mother indulge in to make this behavior acceptable?
Being pushy, loud and sometimes disrespectful is unacceptable behavior and not what you would want a young child to be exposed to.Most of us were taught that you should treat others as you wish to be treated.
As these young people grow up into young adults, will they carry this behavior with them and feel that it is okay to endure such behavior? They might just think since their mother introduced them to this behavior that it must be okay.It is not okay under any circumstances.
